been permitted to hunt in both Unit 2, 201 and Unit 10 both of which are “Trophy Units” for both Mule Deer and especially Elk. With access to both private and public land, 1,000′s of acres offer up many opportunities if you are lucky enough to draw.
Colorado’s Division of Wildlife divides the state into Game Management Units (GMU”s) and for the Trophy Units it utilizes a Preference Point system.
